  • Book a slot online or drop in and see us to book your slot

  • Where possible we’ll assess your bike and discuss with you what work will be carried out on your bike and costs before starting, however some extra work may be needed once the job has started but we would always contact you to agree any additional work.

  • We will call or message (which ever suits you) when it’s ready.

  • If you’re unsure which service you need, tell us what you’r concerned about or what you would like to have done and we’ll help you with the right level of service for you.

  • Frame and fork check

  • Drive check,chain, front rings and cassette

  • Cable ware

  • Crank, bottom bracket and pedal

  • Check wheel for wear and true

  • Handle bars, stem and headset

  • Brake pad ware and brakes

  • Saddle and seat post check (droppers included in check)

  • Front and rear suspension check

  • If shocks need to be serviced they will be removed and sent to the relevant service centre this service cost is not included in the service charge.
